Network Troubleshooting and Restoration
Identify network faults without affecting other active services and reactivate them in accordance with telecommunication network standards. We ensure connectivity by testing using OTDR, TDR verification, lines test, and PON meter test, or a combination of tests as needed suitable for the technology. We service Fiber, Copper, and HFC technologies and ensure all work is in accordance with standards.
- Diagnose the network using VIAVI, EXFO, OTDR, and TDR for locating network faults
- Safely rectify the cause of the problem with proper equipment and techniques without effecting other connections
